  • Address Change is Only Exceptional Due To Residential Moving
  • If you live in a High crime rate area please be sure to request a Required Signature delivery method.
  • Teen Angel's Beauty Shop is Not Responsible for any misplaced, lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the care of USPS!
  • If you can not locate your package after delivery, I strongly suggest for you to contact your local USPS location to check with your regular Mail man/woman where they have placed your package, for we are not responsible after your parcel is in their care.
  • If merchandise is returned because of Misspelled or Incorrect address the buyer Will be responsible and required to pay a $5 Reshipping Fee.
  • Most orders will take 4-5 business days to be processed and shipped once your order is placed unless it is a Pre Order Item! After it leaves from our care there will be an additional 3-4 Business days for it to arrive.
